**Terms and Conditions** These conditions are mandatory for all guests. **Check-In Requirements** To check in, you must provide: - A VALID IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENT (Passport, Identity Card, or Driving Licence) - A VALID CREDIT/DEBIT CARD (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express) *The hotel reserves the right to deny accommodation to anyone who fails to present the required documentation. Note that your credit/debit card will be charged for any incidentals or damages incurred during your stay.* No one under the age of 18 is allowed to book or stay unless accompanied by an adult. **Children** We do not accommodate children under 12 years of age. All children must share a room with an adult aged 18 or over and cannot be left unattended at any time. **Pets** We welcome your four-legged companions! A charge of £10 per dog for the duration of your stay may be added to your reservation at the booking stage. Be aware that we have a limited number of dog-friendly rooms; once these are filled, no further upgrades will be available. **Breakfast** Breakfast is served daily between 08:00 and 09:00. It is included with our breakfast rates. For room-only and non-refundable bookings, breakfast incurs an additional charge, which must be reserved before 21:00 the night prior at the bar. **Check-In Times** Guests may check in between 15:00 and 21:00 on the day of arrival. - Early check-in between 13:00 and 15:00 incurs a £25 charge. - Late check-in between 21:00 and 00:00 incurs a £25 charge. **Check-Out Policy** You must vacate your room and check out by 10:30 AM. Failure to check out by this time will result in a charge of £15 until 11:30 AM, after which a full night's room-only charge will apply until 12:30 PM. **Payment Policies** A valid credit card is required to check in. The first night’s rate will be charged in full and is non-refundable. Room-only rates will be charged in full at the time of booking. Full payment for our B&B rate will be collected 14 days before arrival. **Cancellation Policy** Cancellations made within 30 days of your booking will receive a full refund unless you selected the non-refundable rate, which will not be refunded. After 30 days, one full night’s stay will be charged. Cancellations made 14 days before arrival will incur a full-stay charge, with no refund. **How to Cancel** To cancel your booking, contact us by phone or email at hello@crownhotellangholm.co.uk. The appropriate refund will be processed within 14 working days. If you booked through a third-party site, you must cancel directly with them. **Non-Residents** Non-residents must leave the premises once the public bar closes. Non-residents are strictly prohibited from staying in a resident's room after 21:00. Any non-resident found on the premises overnight will be charged a non-refundable single-night rate. **Food and Drink Policy** Absolutely no outside food or drink may be consumed on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a £15 charge. **Right of Refusal** The hotel reserves the authority to refuse entry and accommodation if management determines that a guest is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, is improperly dressed, or is behaving in a threatening, abusive, or otherwise unacceptable manner. **Disturbances** We will require a guest to leave if they cause a disturbance, annoy other guests or hotel staff, or behave unacceptably. Guests must adhere to all hotel rules, including health and safety regulations and registration procedures. **Damage Policy** We will charge guests for the cost of repairing any damage to hotel property caused by their deliberate, negligent, or reckless actions. If damage is discovered after departure, we reserve the right to bill the guest's credit/debit card or send an invoice to their registered address. We will make every effort to resolve damages internally before seeking outside repairs to minimize your costs. **Removal of Hotel Property** We will charge guests for replacing any items removed from the premises without consent. The charge will reflect the total replacement cost, including shipping fees. If an item is discovered after the guest has departed, we will charge the credit/debit card on file or send an invoice to the registered address. **Losses and Liabilities** Guests must report any loss or damage to their property immediately upon discovery. They are required to assist with any reports made to the police. The hotel is not liable for any loss or damage caused by the misconduct or negligence of a guest, an Act of God, or circumstances where the guest maintains exclusive control over the property in question. The hotel will not be held liable for any delays or failures in fulfilling its obligations under these terms.
