Welcome to Boris' Bistro, a space created with love for our cherished four-legged friends. This cafe is named in honour of our sweet boy, Boris—a gentle soul who lived to meet new friends and would have greeted every one of you with a wagging tail.
Based at Crown Hotel Langholm, Boris' Bistro is more than just a place to share a meal; it is the heartbeat of the Boris Park Foundation. Our mission is simple: to serve fresh, delicious homemade treats & meals for both "hoomans" and pups, while providing a lifeline for animals in need.
Because Boris’ heart was so big, we are donating 50% of our profits to help others:

We hold a special place in our hearts for large and giant breeds. Because of their size, these beautiful dogs often wait much longer to find their "fur-ever" homes. We want to support them every step of the way until they find the family they deserve.

When Boris crossed the Rainbow Bridge, we experienced firsthand how overwhelming that journey can be—both emotionally and financially. We were fortunate to provide Boris with the emergency care and final farewell he deserved, but we know not everyone is in the same position. A Helping Paw When You Need It Most.
Our goal is to ensure that no pet owner in our community feels alone during a crisis. Whether it’s help with unexpected vet bills, providing food, or offering a "home away from home" during a family emergency, we are here for you. Through the foundation, we even offer therapeutic grooming sessions & that special home-from-home with our wonderful friend Sally at Sallywags dog and cat grooming, ensuring your pup feels calm and cared for until they are back in your arms.
At Boris' Bistro, every cup of coffee and every dog biscuit helps keep a dream alive. Thank you for helping us turn our love for Boris into hope for so many others.
