Before Malone took the reins as DEO, The Crown was watched over by a true legend. For years, Boris held down the fort as our official Head of Doggy Customer Service. Standing at a monumental 63kg, Boris was a gentle giant whose presence was as grand as his appetite for bacon treats.
Whether he was holding court in the bar, offering a reassuring sigh next to a fireplace, or greeting guests at the front door with a deliberate, dignified tail wag, Boris set the gold standard for luxury pet hospitality. He taught us that every dog—no matter how big—deserves a seat at the table (or at least a very comfortable spot right beside it).
